1. GENERAL
These terms and conditions govern the commercial relationship between Vanset Oy (Business ID: 3323173-7), hereinafter "Vanset Store" or the "Seller", and its customers. Vanset Store sells products and services to adult consumers and business customers.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to comply with them.

2. ORDERING AND FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
You can order products from our online store by adding them to your cart and confirming the order at checkout. Before confirming your order, you will see its contents, price and shipping costs.
We will send an order confirmation to the email address you have provided. A binding contract is formed when we have sent you the order confirmation.
3. PRICES AND VAT
Product prices are stated in euros and include the applicable value added tax (25.5% in 2026). Shipping costs are stated separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
We aim to keep all product information and prices up to date. If a product's price is clearly incorrect or the product has sold out after your order, we will contact you before shipping the order. In such a situation, both the customer and the seller have the right to cancel the order.
4. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which transfers the payment to us. The most common mobile payment methods and card payments are available. For matters related to the payment transaction, you will be served by the payment service provider.
5. DELIVERY
Shipping methods, delivery times and shipping costs are described in our separate shipping policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
6. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURNS (CONSUMER CUSTOMERS)
As a consumer customer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
The right of cancellation, the return process, return costs and refunds are described in more detail in our separate return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions. The right of cancellation applies to consumer customers; purchases by business customers are governed by separately agreed terms.
7. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible. Product images are illustrative, and product details may differ slightly from the images.
The content of the online store, such as texts, images and logos, is the property of Vanset Oy and may not be used without permission.
8. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
Products are covered by statutory liability for defects. Always follow the installation and operating instructions supplied with the product. We are not liable for defects resulting from incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, neglected maintenance or improper use of the product.
In the event of a complaint, contact our customer service by email at asiakaspalvelu@vanset.fi. Describe the defect as precisely as possible and include photos of the defect and the product. Our primary aim is to repair the defect or replace the product with a new one.
We are not liable for indirect damages that are not reasonably foreseeable. These terms do not limit the mandatory rights of consumers under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms and the purchase are governed by Finnish law. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, consumers may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) and refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). A dispute may also be submitted to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms and conditions. Orders are governed by the terms in force at the time of ordering.
