MAXXFAN DOME PLUS 12V Roof Vent with LED Lighting

A compact 12V roof vent for small spaces - for the wet room of a camper van, a shower corner, or above the kitchen. The Dome Plus effectively removes moisture and odours through a small opening, making it suitable for areas where a full-size 40x40 roof vent would not fit. It can be installed either on the roof or on a side wall.

Installation opening

You will need a round 159 mm opening on the roof. For a panel van with a corrugated roof, you will also need a round adapter frame to level out the roof corrugations and create a sealed installation surface - otherwise, the seal will not last. Differences from Maxxfan Deluxe

The Dome Plus is smaller and simpler: one fan speed, no thermostat, no rain sensor, no remote control, and it only exhausts air. The Maxxfan Deluxe (40x40) is an effective main ventilation unit for living spaces. The Dome Plus is a complementary fan for areas where moisture removal is needed in a small space.
